Colour Policy:
We endeavor to present you with an image that is as true as possible to the piece, but electronic transmission will occasionally alter colour to a slight degree. This can occur at our end or through your monitor. We feel that these variances are extremely small but we must all acknowledge their existence.

Returns Policy:
A full refund will be given in the event of a flaw in our construction or finishing. Natural and very rare marks in the leather such as scars are not considered a flaw. We have an excellent relationship with our tanner and feel that the leather quality is next to none. Our methods of construction and finishing are first class therefore we can offer a complete refund, but we have yet to find anyone asking for one.
Returns for a change of mind concerning patterns, style and colour are a different matter. We must assess a $20.00 charge to cover re-stocking and re-shipping an alternate colour or design. This charge must be pre-paid with a money order or authorization in writing in the event a charge card is used. Please take time with your initial choice.
